As a Stone Barn wedding photographer, I’ve been lucky enough to capture some incredible weddings, but this one was particularly special. Taking place just as Covid restrictions had eased, it was an intimate celebration filled with love, joy, and a few face masks! With guest numbers limited and safety measures still in place, nothing could stop this couple from having the most incredible day at Stone Barn, one of the most picturesque venues in the Cotswolds.

The sun shone brightly over the surrounding farmland, making the rolling countryside look even more spectacular. The ceremony itself was a unique moment in time—guests wore masks, but the love and emotion were still clear to see. There’s something truly special about documenting such a moment in history, and this wedding was a reminder that love always finds a way.

After the heartfelt vows, we took full advantage of the beautiful setting. Sunset portraits in the green maize field? Absolutely. The golden light mixed with the lush greenery made for some seriously dreamy photos.

Of course, Covid restrictions meant that dancing indoors was off the table—but who needs a dance floor when you have the moonlit sky? The couple had their first dance outside, surrounded by their guests holding up mobile phone torches, creating the most magical, intimate atmosphere. It was a moment none of us will forget.
